CHRISTY M. DELUCA
In
her ten years as a trial attorney, Christy DeLuca has litigated
cases in both federal and state courts in South Carolina and in
numerous other states. Her extensive experience at one of the
nation’s largest plaintiffs’ litigation firms includes cases
involving personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice,
nursing home, products liability, class action and environmental
litigation. She has litigated, mediated, and negotiated significant
settlements on behalf of clients across the United States, including
individuals and families of those who have been injured as well as
governmental entities and private companies.
DeLuca’s entire practice is devoted to litigation, focusing
primarily in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death
resulting from medical malpractice, nursing home abuse and/or
neglect, defective products and motor vehicles. She combines her
